You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@devanzo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear after we process it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
